VRTX Agency LLC operates VRTX Command, a creator-development and operations platform. The Services may connect to third-party platforms, including TikTok, Backstage, Discord, Notion, Vercel, Supabase, and communication or productivity tools.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account information: name, email address, username, password, role, team, and profile details.
• Creator information: TikTok handle, Backstage status, LIVE activity, diamonds, followers, super fans, viewers, performance metrics, milestones, goals, and development history.
• Recruiting information: Radar leads, scouting reports, recruiter claims, contact history, eligibility signals, and dispute records.
• Communications: messages, comments, session notes, support requests, and Discord or other platform communications where authorized.
• Usage information: pages viewed, features used, device type, browser, IP address, and approximate location.
• AI and automation information: prompts, task inputs, agent recommendations, tool actions, approvals, and audit records.
• Payment information: payout eligibility and transaction records. We do not store full payment-card details unless processed through a payment provider.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Create and manage accounts, roles, teams, and permissions.
• Track creator development, 14-Day Sprints, 90-Day Onboarding Pipeline progress, and performance.
• Support Radar scouting, lead management, recruiting, and creator outreach workflows.
• Generate reports, alerts, recommendations, coaching insights, and operational summaries.
• Operate AI agents and automations that assist VRTX staff.
• Communicate about accounts, tasks, training, announcements, and service updates.
• Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, property, and safety of VRTX, users, and others.

4. AI and automated processing

VRTX may use artificial intelligence and automation to analyze information and generate recommendations, summaries, alerts, drafts, and reports.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is intended to assist VRTX staff and users, not to make final decisions about creator status, eligibility, pay, discipline, or account termination.

We do not permit AI agents to automatically send TikTok direct messages, post to Discord, issue payments, delete records, deploy code, or take other significant actions without an approved workflow and, where applicable, human approval.

5. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information based on:

• Your consent.
• Performance of a contract with you.
• VRTX’s legitimate business interests.
• Compliance with legal obligations.
• Protection of vital interests, property, or safety.

6. How we share information

We may share information with:

• Service providers: hosting, authentication, database, email, analytics, AI, customer-support, and payment providers.
• Connected platforms: TikTok, Backstage, Discord, Notion, and other integrations, only as needed to provide the Services and subject to their terms.
• VRTX personnel and authorized contractors: on a need-to-know basis.
• Legal authorities: when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
• Business transferees: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale.

We do not sell personal information.
